How much do I believe in it? My 105 pound wife and I go over Target Focus Training DVDs and practice techniques every week and it’s the only self-defense system that I trust for my 73 year old parents.
Why? Because Tim and Chris teach you how to transfer your entire bodyweight through as small of a point as possible through the weakest points on the human body as efficiently as possible.

Again, security is a core component to any survival plan, hand to hand combat is the foundation of security, and this is the simplist, most effective hand to hand combat system that I’ve ever seen. Please do yourself a favor and take advantage of the 54% discount for my readers:

when arguing about right to bear arms and stuff, what is always
ignored is the legal problems surrounding their use.
Mary, True there MAY be legal problems, but you need to be
alive to face them. I’m not trying to be “smart”, but truely ask
yourself. Can I kill someone, if they are attacking me, or a
loved one? Spouse, child, parent, whomever… If you don’t
think you can, then I’d recommend NOT having a gun at this
time. If you said yes, then I would! As the saying goes….
Its better to be judged by 12, than carried by 6.

allowing yourself to let your concerns with the legal, financial, medical etc. issues interfere with the choice to use a firearm, weapon or skill to defend yourself places you in a no win situation. your mindset can defeat you before the event ever takes place. I address all the issues in my classes, whether concealed carry, small arms basic through advanced, or personal self defense. They are all valid points, criminal and civil liability, medical concerns, injury,emotional issues, anything and everything that happens ” AFTER the smoke clears” considering or preparing for the inevitable police investigation or law suit or therapy for PTSD etc. is a must , BUT not at the expense of choosing to defend yourself or loved ones. if you allow these concerns to dictate whether or not you take a certain course of action then you have conceded the battle to your attacker, the predators want that, you have guaranteed them a VICTIM. what good are your material things, your home you car you finances if YOU ARE DEAD,. or permanently injured. BE PREPARED . BE READY, BE RESOLUTE. then deal with the aftermath AFTER you have survived and gone home.
David, I feel much more confident that I could defend myself since I saw these videos! I now realise that no matter how old or disabled I may be, If I use my thinking abilities, have the knowledge on how to use my body in the right way,and refuse to be a victim, I will have a better chance to stay alive. “The victory is not always to the strong nor the race to the swift.” I am looking forward to receiving Tim’s course. It looks fantastic but there isn’t a way in the world I could afford the cost of this program. I’m sure that it’s worth the price, it’s just way out of my reach.

It’s Tim and Chris’s book titled, “How to Survive the Most Critical 5 Seconds of Your Life.” It has no techniques in it, but it is VITAL for understanding violence. As an example, it goes into the mindset of sociopaths and career criminals and why it is so dangerous to use “fighting” or “submission” techniques against them. Many victims spend the last few minutes of their lives trying to reason with their killer as they’re being killed rather than using effective strikes against them to turn them off.

Dave, Thanks so much for the free video’s!! Being only 5’0″ with a fused neck and a really bad shoulder, I think that I could do some serious damage with the techniques that I learned on your free videos. I would love to to be able to afford the program but being unemployed for 18mos has put a real damper on my finances.
